For online returns or exchanges, please visit our Returns page to print out a shipping label for
items and gifts purchased on DavidYurman.com/ca. After you have
shipped back your return, please allow 2-3 weeks for its processing.
Alternatively, you may bring the item(s) to our retail store at
Yorkdale Shopping Centre for a return or to any David Yurman boutique
for an exchange of equal or higher value..
Please note: Returns must be accompanied by a sales receipt and
received unaltered, unworn and in saleable condition. Some exclusions
may apply. Used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or
exchange unless defective. Personalized and custom designs, as well as
items from the High Jewelry and EY® Signature collections, are final sale.
Should you request an exchange or need repair service for an online
order, we can accommodate shipping to and from the country where we
delivered your order. If you need service from an international
location, Customer Care will work with you to find a solution.
Shipping charges and applicable duties and taxes will be your responsibility.
