To return or exchange items and gifts purchased on DavidYurman.com,
please refer to the following table.
After you have shipped back your item(s), please allow 2-3
weeks for processing. Alternatively, you may bring the item(s) back to
a David Yurman store for return or exchange.
If your order was placed through Instagram, please go to the app to
request a return. These orders cannot be returned through our
Returns site or at a David Yurman store.
Please note: Returns must be accompanied by a sales receipt and
received unaltered, unworn and in saleable condition. Some exclusions
may apply. Used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or
exchange unless defective. Personalized and custom designs, as well as
items from the High Jewelry and EY® Signature collections, are final sale.
Should you request an exchange or need repair service for an online
order, we can accommodate shipping to and from the country where we
delivered your order. If you need service from an international
location, Customer Care will work with you to find a solution.
Shipping charges and applicable duties and taxes will be your responsibility.
